Our commitment to providing timely, empathetic treatment is unwavering and never compromised. When you call you won’t be put on hold forever, or even worse -- never called back. In fact, it is unusual for you to not receive a call back (if you don’t reach us the first time) the same day you called … yes, even if it’s a Sunday. Our staff is highly trained, supremely motivated, empathetic and maintains an interest in your particular set of circumstances. We will tailor a treatment plan to your needs, your time, and your willingness to commit to treatment and change.

The Best Providers -- We can take pride in our staff, and go through extraordinary lengths to ensure only appropriately skilled clinicians will be assigned to your treatment. We will never have an intern providing family therapy, or a volunteer conducting an initial assessment. All staff are subjected to a comprehensive background check, are expected to maintain a certain number of continuing education hours annually, and are held accountable for the progress of their caseload.

Flexible Scheduling -- We understand that you have busy lives with a number of competing demands … soccer practice, work, school. That’s why we offer appointments as late as 8:30 pm, and on Saturdays. If something comes up for you during the week, we’ll do our best to reschedule you at a mutually agreeable time.

Respect -- Philosophically, we believe that everyone has problems. Some are bigger than others, and some are more disruptive than others. We will never judge you based on your presenting issues, and do not endorse preferential treatment to any particular set of clients. We will always respect your right to privacy and strictly adhere to Federal and State confidentiality laws which protect your sensitive information.

Service -- While we can’t be everything to everybody, that is our goal. All phone calls are returned the same day they’re placed … even it is on a weekend. If you’re having trouble with your insurance company we will intervene to iron out the differences. In short, as soon as you have contact with RI helping you find relief from your problems becomes our focus … immediately.
